The rules for using ReplyMate responsibly and lawfully.

By accessing or using ReplyMate, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that team members use the service in compliance with these Terms.

ReplyMate may be used to manage supported Instagram-connected features, including replies on posts, Reels, and direct messages. You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity;
• attempt to bypass product limits, security protections, or access controls;
• upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or unauthorized data;
• misuse connected platform data or violate Meta, Instagram, or other third-party terms; or
• use ReplyMate in a way that could harm the service, other users, or connected accounts.

Certain features depend on third-party platforms, including Meta and Instagram. You are responsible for maintaining the permissions, roles, and external account status required for those integrations.

Reply behavior depends on the rules, responses, and connected platform data configured in your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing workflows before using them in production.

ReplyMate and its underlying software, designs, branding, documentation, and product content are owned by ReplyMate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service.

ReplyMate may offer Starter and Pro plans. During launch, the first 100 eligible new users may receive Pro access at no charge, subject to availability, eligibility, abuse checks, and product limits.

Paid Pro access is offered at an introductory price of ₹149 per month, shown as a 50% launch discount against the ₹299 monthly reference price. We may change pricing, including moving future billing cycles to ₹299 per month or another displayed price, after giving notice where required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. ReplyMate may receive payment, order, subscription, status, and billing-period information from Razorpay, but full card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by ReplyMate.

Subscription status may be shown as active, paused, cancelled, past due, or inactive. If a paid subscription is paused or cancelled after payment has already been received for the current billing period, Pro access may remain available until the displayed valid-till date. Refunds are provided only where required by law or where ReplyMate states a separate refund policy in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, interfered with the service, failed to pay applicable fees, or exposed ReplyMate or others to legal or operational harm.

ReplyMate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or outcomes from any automation or connected platform action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyMate and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we may provide notice through the product or website. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@replymate.com.in.
