How ReplyMate collects, uses, and protects your data.

ReplyMate collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mobile number, password, workspace preferences, and support requests.

When you connect Instagram, we may collect and store connected account identifiers, usernames, media metadata, comment and inbox data, reply settings, analytics events, and access credentials required to keep the connection active.

If you use a paid plan, we may store billing records such as your plan, subscription status, payment amount, currency, payment method label, Razorpay order ID, Razorpay payment ID, Razorpay subscription ID, invoice or receipt references, billing period dates, and related timestamps. ReplyMate does not store full card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials.

We use your information to operate, secure, and improve ReplyMate, including to:

• create and manage user accounts and workspaces;
• authenticate users and maintain active sessions;
• connect to Instagram and sync supported account activity;
• power post, Reel, and DM reply workflows, inbox views, and analytics;
• process billing, reconcile Razorpay webhooks, and manage plan limits;
• monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and investigate abuse or fraud; and
• communicate important service, security, billing, and support updates.

If you authorize Instagram access, ReplyMate processes the data made available through Meta and Instagram APIs for the features you enable. Your use of connected platform features remains subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.

We use connected account access only to deliver requested workspace functionality such as syncing media, comments, inbox activity, and automation actions. We do not sell connected account data.

ReplyMate may share information with service providers that help us host infrastructure, store data, monitor uptime, authenticate users, process payments, reconcile billing events, and support product operations. Razorpay processes payment information for paid plans. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ReplyMate, our users, or the public.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain reasonable backup and audit controls.

ReplyMate uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service is completely secure, so you should also protect your credentials and connected accounts.

You may disconnect integrated accounts, update account information, or request deletion of your data in accordance with applicable law. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact ReplyMate at support@replymate.com.in using the email address associated with your workspace.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
