How to request deletion of your ReplyMate account and connected data.

To request deletion of your ReplyMate data, send an email to support@replymate.com.in from the email address associated with your ReplyMate account and include:

• your full name;
• the ReplyMate account email address;
• your connected Instagram username, if applicable; and
• a clear statement that you are requesting account and data deletion.

Upon a verified deletion request, ReplyMate will delete or de-identify, as applicable:

• your ReplyMate account profile and authentication records;
• connected Instagram account references and stored access credentials;
• automation configurations, drafts, and voice-profile records tied to your workspace;
• synced inbox, comment, and post records associated with your workspace; and
• workspace-level operational metadata that is not required to be retained by law.

We aim to confirm receipt of a deletion request within 5 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security obligations, or a legitimate dispute-resolution need.

Certain limited records may be retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, security investigations, or backup recovery windows. Where retention is required, data will be isolated and used only for those purposes.

For faster processing, we recommend disconnecting linked Instagram accounts from your workspace before submitting a deletion request. This helps stop any ongoing sync activity while your request is being processed.
